Refund Policy

Overview

At YOUN PLASTIC SURGERY PLLC, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this refund policy to provide clarity and transparency regarding our payment and refund procedures.

This policy applies to all consultation fees, deposits, and payments made for services at our practice. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.

Consultation Fees

Many of our consultations are offered complimentary. For consultations that require a fee:

• Consultation fees are fully refundable within 30 days if you decide not to proceed with treatment
• If you schedule a procedure, your consultation fee may be applied toward your treatment cost
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation may result in forfeiture of any consultation fee paid

Procedure Deposits

When scheduling a surgical or non-surgical procedure, a deposit is required to secure your appointment:

• Full refund: If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled procedure date
• 50% refund: If cancellation is made between 14-30 days before the scheduled procedure date
• No refund: If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the scheduled procedure date
• Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled procedure date one time, subject to availability

Non-Surgical Treatment Packages

For prepaid treatment packages (such as injectable series or skincare treatments):

• Unused treatments are refundable within 30 days of purchase at the prorated package price
• After 30 days, unused treatments may be exchanged for credit toward other services
• Partially used packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to immediate family members

Completed Services

Once a procedure or treatment has been performed:

• Fees for completed services are non-refundable
• If you are dissatisfied with your results, please contact our office to discuss your concerns
• We will work with you to address any issues and may offer complimentary follow-up treatments or touch-ups as appropriate
• Revision procedures may be available at a reduced cost, determined on a case-by-case basis

Medical Cancellations

If your procedure must be cancelled for medical reasons:

• Full refund of deposits will be provided with documentation from a healthcare provider
• If Dr. Youn determines that you are not a suitable candidate during pre-operative assessment, your deposit will be fully refunded
• If a procedure is cancelled by our office due to scheduling conflicts, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your name, date of service or scheduled appointment, and reason for refund request
3. Our patient coordinator will review your request within 3-5 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Financing and Third-Party Payments

If you financed your procedure through a third-party financing company:

• Refunds will be processed through the financing company according to their terms
• You are responsible for any interest or fees charged by the financing company
• Please review your financing agreement for specific refund procedures

Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to:

• Products purchased from our office (separate return policy applies)
• Emergency or urgent care services
• Services performed at affiliated facilities
